Description

The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Management program is designed for professionals seeking to advance their knowledge and expertise in managing and leading organizations. The program integrates theories and methodologies from management, psychology, leadership, and organizational behavior to explore organizational dynamics and strategies. Students also gain a strong core of knowledge in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods of research.
